Saint Leo University is a Catholic school situated in west central Florida, about 30 minutes north of Tampa. Undergraduates at Saint Leo can earn degrees in more than 40 fields, and graduate learners may pursue programs in business administration, education, criminal justice and theology, among others. Saint Leo University also offers classes in the evenings and on the weekends for learners who work during regular class hours. Outside the classroom, Saint Leo learners can get involved in more than 70 clubs, about a dozen fraternities and sororities, and varsity athletics. The appropriately named Saint Leo Lions sports teams participate in the NCAA Division II Sunshine State Conference in nearly 20 sports.

Saint Leo learners can attend many campus events, including concerts, professional sports games and comedy shows, as well as the annual Fall Family Festival. Past learners include Desi Arnaz, a musician who also starred as Ricky in the television show “I Love Lucy,” and Stephen Stills, the first artist to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice in one night for his work with the bands Buffalo Springfield and Crosby, Stills & Nash.
