Pinecrest Academy is a private PreK3-12 college preparatory Catholic school, situated in north Atlanta, GA. We provide an atmosphere of academic rigor and critical thinking, while offering Christ-centered, personalized attention to our learners. We implement the philosophy of Integral Formation®, developing the human, intellectual, spiritual, and apostolic dimensions of the whole child. Our Lower School classes are capped at 20 learners, and all of our learners are known by name. The Class of 2020 (74 learners) received over $11 million in scholarships, with 36 Zell Miller scholars and 37 HOPE scholars. We have received the Forsyth County News “Best Private School” award for six consecutive years, and are a 2014 National Blue Ribbon School. We have been a Cardinal Newman Society “School of Excellence” honoree since 2007. Our new Lower School building opened in August 2019, and a new turf athletic field debuted in September 2019.
