Since 1973, Huntington-Surrey has provided learners in Austin with an accredited, college preparatory high school experience that is safe, nurturing, and highly individualized. With an at-most 8:1 student to teacher ratio, our faculty has the time to get to know our learners, provide them with work that will challenge them, and meet their individual needs. There is no “slipping through the cracks” here! We are fully accredited, have credentialed teachers for all core subject areas, know how to implement accommodations, can really challenge our gifted learners, and provide internships to our upperclassmen. Our learners are often very bright, divergent thinkers who thrive in a smaller class setting. They love to think critically, discuss, and give back to their community.
