Overview of Metro Institute Of Technology: Metro Institute of Technology (MIT) is a tuition free, STEM, early college high school that opened its doors in August 2015. Metro treats each learner individually and meets all learners where they are by customizing schedules, providing individualized support through office hours and helping each learner reflect on their own growth through our advisory course. MIT prepares learners for life after high school through a rigorous, mastery based curriculum. After demonstrating success in at least 16 of their core required HS graduation requirements, learners will earn the right to begin one of the “Early College Pathways.”
